Recently I made a batch of grapefruit bitters, and in my search to find a way to use them I came across this recipe. The original calls for grapefruit juice, but by using grapefruit bitters and topping with Sprite I ended up with a delicious and minty drink that also happens to be green, fitting for St Patrick's Day!
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Vodka
2-3 dashes grapefruit bitters
Dash of Creme de Menthe
Shake with ice, and top with Sprite
Garnish with an orange wheel and a sprig of mint
