As winter continues its hold I'm betting many of you are considering a vacation to someplace warm and sunny. If so, I've got the perfect drink for sipping in the sand.
And if you can't take the time to get away, I've got the perfect drink for wishing you were sipping it in the sand.
The Blue Hawaiian.
2 oz of light rum
1/2 oz blue curacao
3 oz pineapple juice
Optionally top with soda to give it a nice fizz, but I prefer it without.
Shake with ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
Sweet and fruity, it's a great drink, whether you're watching the waves lap on the beach or watching the snow continue to fall.
